Polished Blends Hair will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or missing packages. Once your ordered is completed it will be shipped through USPS, and all tracking information will be available at www.usps.com/1-800-275-8777. All purchases must have matching billing and shipping addresses to ensure there is no fraudulent activity. If they do not match your order will be cancelled. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, residential addresses only.
Returns/Exchanges: Due to the nature of our services ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please make sure you know what you are purchasing. Custom Wigs orders cannot be refunded. Please make sure all measurements are exact and correct. Please remember that this service is a labored service. EXCHANGES are allowed for Hair bundles and lace pieces only and can be done so only according to theses terms as follows; You are allowed to exchange within 14 days of your purchase. The bundles and or lace piece MUST be returned intact! This means not unraveled, colored, washed, cut, or altered in any way. All in original packaging. Shipping: Custom Wig orders take 4-5 business days to create and 1-2 business days to ship not including weekends and/or holidays. Hair bundle and lace piece orders take 2-3 business days to process and 1-2 business days to ship not including weekends and/or holidays. Lace Wig orders take 5-7 business days to process and 2-3 business days to ship not including weekends and/or holidays.
