In 2012, Jo Nichelle became an independent hairdresser after assisting for 6 years under Master Stylist, Stephanie J of Studio Ten31. Her experience from assisting has left her with the knowledge of running a business day in and day out.

In the magical year of 2017, Jo Nichelle took a leap of faith and opened her very own unique and intimately setted studio, Polished Beauties Studio. She specializes in Custom Units, Installs, Natural Hair care, Hair Coloring, cuts and much more. Jo puts her utmost passion and dedication into everything she touches when it comes to hair so much so that she now offers 1 on 1 classes, show casing her Polished Technique on how to lay a lace frontal. Jo Nichelle thrives off the existence of family. Her goal is to always make her clients feel like family.
